An issue has been identified with the BluePhyre Email portal WebMail interface (https://mail.bluephyre.com/webmail/).
The issue has caused messages sent via the webmail interface between approximately 17:30 January 4 (Sunday) and 15:30 January 5 (Monday) to NOT be delivered.
The issue has been resolved, but you will want to resend any messages you sent during the above time period again.
Only outgoing messages sent via the webmail interface were affected.
The easiest way to resend the messages will be to:
- Login to the webmail interface
- Select the "Sent" folder in the left hand column
- For each of the messages listed as sent between 5:30pm Sunday and 3:30pm Monday, click on the message subject.
- At the top left of the resulting screen, click "Edit Message As New"
- Press the "Send" button to resend the message.
